My exhaust system is making crazy noises. All I do is drive the speed limit down 11th St and kishwaukee to work. Those streets are HORRIBLE. They destroy cars on a daily basis I'm sure. I can't afford to fix it. Should I fight the state? I'm definitely moving out of this city due to the poor road maintenance. Rockford has the worst roads I have ever seen in my life.
