This is a true story. The light for east-west traffic on 46th St. needs to be shortened. Lights need to cycle more often!

Who is closing these cases without actually doing their job? Who went to the intersection, pulled out a stop watch, and actually verified the situation. What is the name of the person and ID# so that we may call and speak directly to them because clearly they no seeing the issue.

This is getting to be a comical joke! First it is "case is invalid" and "issue not found". Now, to just close the case and make it go away, you guys simply say "adjustment was made". City is losing all respect on this 311 system. Fake closings of cases, ignoring of cases, etc. Seemingly lying to simply close a case, etc. etc.
