the intersection of Moreland & Northampton needs to repair to curbline gutters for over 15 years. 6 months ago resident of the corner property without DCRA permission built a retaining wall on curbline public space , this is a road hazard , I during snow you cannot see the 9 inch wall the juts into the 2700-2800 Northampton street . this street was suppose to repaved 15 years ago under the anthony williams administration , now this neglect is being exploited and now it's very much a road hazard
