Description
Concrete paving for driveway and parking lot taking place 2/11-2/12/2016. Proceeding likely to violate impervious cover rules (>75%) with drainage already impacting neighboring properties.
Prior violation 10 November 2015, red tagged by Inspector 280. Rebar on site at that date indicative of concrete, but owner represented project as simple Fill & Grade to get permit (Proj. No. 15127358) and subsequently filled with gravel.
Week of 2/12/2016, gravel has been removed and additional rebar on site. Per discussion with construction workers at site they are filling with concrete (rebar back on site). No permit posted and unable to produce when requested. No additional permit for Driveway / Parking Lot found in on-line sold permit search.
