Vandalism, missing Black Historic Placards from sidewalk. Bronzeville historic African American history placards stolen from sidewalk and missing since late summer. Has anyone else noticed the systematic removal of the historic plaques on the King Drive sidewalk from 26th street to 31st? Every other marker has been pried from the sidewalk leaving a crater. I reported this issue to the 4th ward office over the summer with no response as of yet.
