Sharraxaadda

The road (Hwy 76) has horrible pot holes right in from of my driveway. The school Dutch Fork Elem has has a fire hydrant running water every day for days and the road is coming apart???????????? Can't understand why this has not been fixed what wrong with getting this resolved?
