Drivers wishing to get onto theQ.E.W. from the lane next to the curb lane often get cut off by cars pulling straight through from the right curb lane. Is the right southbound curb lane no longer for right turns only or has the city neglected to repaint the white arrow to indicate R.T. Only ? This has created confusion and danger.
