This trailer had been sitting on the side of rampart drive near Mary Lynn lane, Carmichael 95608 for more than a month. This guy dropped the trailer, drive off in the truck, then returned without the truck to live in the trailer. No plates I trailer, using bucket for a toilet, coming and going by bicycle at bought. Can anyone just find a spot on the side if a public road and live for months? That's eBay rv parks and campgrounds are for. Our neighborhood is going downhill and no one is doing anything about this even though it's been reported by many neighbors. Please remove the trailer from our neighborhood. It doesn't belong there.
