i am very happy to report that the lot @ 201 PERRY ST. has been cut & raked better than ever before ( 6-2-2017 ) THANKS CITY -

getting better, but we will see for how long ...............

and now the OK HAND was even removed.......

it only gets better on Perry street the day the 201 lot gets cut after that it becomes everyone's garbage - pit.........................

the new sub-contractor does a good job of keeping the city lot clean and cut !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

for decades this is exactly what happens to empty lots once the city tears down old buildings and had no future plans to maintain those lots. sure the city saves money on ins. , but @ what cost to the neighborhood !!!!
