We live at the end of the southbrook drive. Our neighbor owns dump trucks and large tree service trucks. He parks them in the yard and uses a dirt driveway to enter and exit. It gets very muddy and the vehicles carry mud into the asphalt county road. The neighbor has been told of this problem but has chosen to ignore pleas to help with the problem. Can you please check this and we'd appreciate any assistance.
