Q. What is the actual problem being encountered?
A. The 2 story White House pictured and in the back of this house very loud music is beginning to play again. This goes on all weekend, weekdays at any given time. It consists of very loud ethnic music or offensive gangster rap lyrics. Everyone who lives near this house has to suffer and endure it. I have called 911 numerous times over the years but I still have to deal with this offense for more than an hour or two if the police come at all. They have been quiet now as of 3/5/16 they have started again. Meantime the back of the yard is a mess as well
