A. This van has ben red tagged by the city before. He puts it in his driveway a few days and then puts it back in the street. It is too big. Along with the SEVEN other cars they park in the street, it forces traffic to move single file and completely obstructs the view of pedestrians and other cars. Please enforce the codes and have them move it for good.
