Let me add that there are children present in these duplexes and there is suspected drug activity with cars coming in for a few minutes, and leaving again. I have sent an email to SDD POP and the Rental Housing Department (who quickly kicked it back to 311 *good job folks!*) PLEASE PLEASE get the property owner involved!

They associate with the neighbors at 2809 Clover Lane also, their kids climb all over the roof to the house next door with the diseased animals. We have been finding used needles thrown in our driveway. Rachel I made a complaint on that house if you would like to vote to get it fixed? We would have a pretty neighborhood if it weren't for these two issues!!

These duplexes have two vehicles out front one is a Chevy cavalier and aNissan Quest blue the Chevy is white, both vehicles have been out of registration for over 6 months

Eddy- please report the cars as separate and new complaint. The one above has sort of been addressed - the place is still a gross dump, but the junk is off the fence, the big dog cant stand over the fence (as of now) and the couch is off the porch. Thank you.
