S. These people are hoarders of garbage. They have two teenage twins that climb on the roof, I saw them walking home in the dark at midnight last night. The entire house has garbage all around its perimeter stacked up to the bottom of the fence. They are feeding raccoons and think it's cute. My dog has been attacked by one since they live atop a heap of garbage on the other side of our fence. They also have built two sheds years ago 2' from our fence line, the buildings are also full of garbage and they are de lapidaries and falling down. They have tubs, toilets, an old swimming pool and a junked hot tub in the backyard. Inside the house smells of urine and is stacked full of garbage, it's horrifying. Their roof leaks and is falling off the house so 4 years ago they tapped it, the tarps are de lapidaries now and just lay atop the roof, it's so disgusting. They have so many cats that even their neighbor on the other side has cat poop all over their lawn. The garbage in the front yard is horrible, their cars are so full of garbage that the kids can no longer ride inside because of the cat cages, cat litter and other trash inside, it's why the girls were walking home at midnight. We have been reporting this for four years now to the Code Chief and nothing has ever been done to get the fecal matter, old beds out front that keep getting moved from one point in the yard to the other. The animals are diseased, they have respiratory problems, tumor like lumps on their heads and bodies as well as smelling like urine too. They do not spay or neuter their pets and call it a cat sanctuary, instead it's really a breeding place of disease. I worry about the girls living with a father that appears to be a drug user as their has been hypo dermis needles thrown into our driveway recently. I have hundreds of pictures and am happy to give for proof!! Please, please help!!! The smell is getting to be way too much!! Thank you, Eileen Briar
