thanks for sharing the pic! i spoke with our city council member a while back, she tells me paving for highland crescent was originally slated for 2030!! But they managed to bring it fwd to 2015 at the latest.

These roads have become much worse over the winter. If nothing is done by 2015 it will look like a war zone by then.
