Intersection of Weston St. and West St.; Joseph. This intersection has been bad since we moved in 40 years ago.First it was a lake. Now is is a mass of badly repaired potholes. It needs a drain. Do I need to get a petition from the residents? If so, do you have a downloadable form? I am a senior citizen and don't have a fancy phone to upload a photo and wouldn't know how if I did.
