I returned home to yet another accident at the intersection of 3a and Summer street in hingham. Requesting that a safety engineer run an analysis on this intersection. It is prone to accidents. Perhaps it's worth considering 1. dead-ending this section of Summer, 2. install a median to prevent traffic, 3. install a light at Kilby and 3a, 4. reroute Summer Street traffic via Kilby/3a.
