Deskripsyon

There's a problem with the pedestrian signal at 40th & Broadway - I pressed the pedestrian call button to cross Broadway on the north side of 40th Street, but didn't get a walk light for a full 2 signal cycles. Lots of people were crossing against the signal as a result.
