The property will be inspected by Community Development Department staff within not more than three business days.

Please note that after an inspection confirms a violation, City Code requires that the property owner or occupant receive a written violation notice with up to ten days to address the violation. If the violation is not corrected after the time period specified, additional enforcement action will be taken as determined appropriate.

what is the status of this issue?

The Department of Community Development inspected the property on 3/22 and 3/28 and did not observe the parking violation. Is the violation still occurring and, if so, what time of the day does the parking on the grass usually occur?
