I think it needs more than repainting. I cross that street every day after getting off the 101 and cars do not stop for pedestrians. I've been almost hit multiple times. I think it would be best for either a raised crosswalk or pedestrian walk button installed.

I see this isn't an urgent matter until a pedestrian is hit....
