Street crews will be dispatched to investigate and fix as appropriate within 24 hours.

I should clarify that the 24 hours is from the time this complaint has been received by the O&M Division, which is as of 6:20 a.m. on 3/4/10. We do have a 24 hour hotline available as well which can be reached by calling (517) 483-4161.

After investigation, the hole was already on our list and was filled by night crews on 3/3/10. The road remains rough, but this will not be fully resolved until the road is resurfaced.
