The rear service lane from 416 to 432 Kingston has lost any grade or ditch that it once might have had. When it rains, water pools behind the homes, killing any new sod and washing away the gravel pads. There are drains just east of 416 and in the rear of 432 but water does not move to them. A skid steer and someone with a keen eye for drainage would be much appreciated. The ground is too hard for the residents to tackle by hand.
