The intersections of Walter J Hannon Pkwy, Parkingway and Burgen Pkwy are not timed correctly and also don't stay green long enough. I was there today heading towards Star Market and noticed there were too many cars coming from Parkingway so they were in the middle of the intersection. Then the light finally turned green and some cars went but it was still a mess because of the timing. The light to make a left onto Burgen Pkwy and the light to go straight towards Star should be green at the same time and be green a little longer so traffic flows better
