Description

Yard is not maintained with grass and weeds well in excess of 9 inches. Trash bins reguarly left at curb after pickup day and always left visible from sidewalk. 

Violates COH Ord. Sec.10-451(b)(10) which probibits "the existence of weeds" defined as "all rank and uncultivated vegetable growth or matter which has grown to more than nine inches in height ..."

Violates COH Ord. Sec. 39-62(g) requiring trash container to be stored "in a secure place where it will not be visible to a person standing in the right-of-way of any public street adjacent to the property where the equipment is used ..." 

Violates COH Ord. Sec.39-65(e): "unlawful to ... allow to remain any materials at the curbline on a designated collection day after department collection service personnel have passed the site for that day"
