I've heard this from other neighbors and in other neighborhoods but mcdonalds has trash pickup at 5:15 here and powerwashes everyday at 6 a.m. Many neighbors have complained to the managers about the noise and slamming of the dumpsters and powerwashing their waste out of their garage, and to the alderman, and to the driver of the trash hauler. HE tells them to f-off. At 5:15 that is almost three hours before the law allows you to pick up trash
