Description

Man cutting sidewalks dry enormous amounts of dust encircling him and vehicles and houses in the immediate vacinity. Kids playing nearby breathing in the dust. This person has no protective gear on at all and you can bareley see him in the dust cloud. Dust on vehicles mixed with moisture can ruin vehicle finish. Just absolutely not right. See attached pic.
