Can only put one address in on the complaint but the complaint stated problem was between a number of homes on Hogan. You stated the damaged street was repaired yet other sections of the road were not even touched such as in front of 9003 (pictured) Does each house need to be put in as a separate complaint?

Hey Dave, yes that helps a lot if you put additional addresses/locations in the description. Please keep it all on the same stretch of road. Or you can make multiple issues, whatever you prefer. Aside from that, I will create a new work order for the spot in front of 9003 Hogan. Thank you

The middle of Hogan has been sinking (and repeatedly repaired) for years. Pretty much all of it from Weatherly Rd, north to Superior Ave. That part of Hogan is only 8? houses long. Could they just look at the rest of it while they're there?
