ONCE AGAIN They are using the recycle bins as Trash cans. They have moved 1 to the back to hide it. They have filled it with junk. It probably has bedbugs in the junk since they have them in the house. PLEASE Make them get rid of their bins and purchase trash cans. This is getting really old to have to report this every few weeks. PLEASE the neighbors are begging you to REMOVE the Recycle bins.
