Description
This is the 2nd time in the past several months this has happened. This street light is on a blind curve street where many walkers with dogs and children constantly go to and from. Driving at night, is pitch black which is a hazard. The light is at the corner where Panorama DR SE meets Monte Sano Blvd toward the west side of the mountain, not the east side.
