THERE IS A LARGE AREA OF PAVEMENT THAT IS SINKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE MANHOLE COVER. A HOLE WAS FILLED ON THE SOUTH SIDE, BUT THE NORTH SIDE CONTINUES TO DEPRESS AT AN ALARMING RATE. SINKHOLE?????
