Libby, start doing your job. Invite these encampments to stay at your house. You need a good reality check. Quit the excuses.

I'm pretty sure Libby isn't monitoring SCF, so your scolding would be more effective at a city council meeting. The folks who monitor SCF deal with enough crap on a daily basis - let's not add to the pile.
