Description

Columbia Road between 13th and 16th Streets is in TERRIBLE shape. More potholes, cracks and defects than I can count. One of the busiest roads in Columbia Heights, it needs full repair in large sections on these 3 blocks, not just the usual sloppy patch jobs that gets done all the time.
