Description

A guy has been sleeping in this car since Monday. Car is parked in a 2-hr zone, yet he has NEVER been issued a parking ticket. I was informed by US Secret Svc that the guy was arrested last night in front of The White House on an outstanding felony warrant. Even the USSS agrees that the car needs to be ticketed and towed!
