The City of Mason City is running a pilot program with SeeClickFix and Neighborhood Services. At this time, the use of SeeClickFix is limited to the specific nuisance issues listed in the drop down box. We will make every effort to get your concern to the appropriate department but it will not be followed on SeeClickFix. I will send your concern to the Engineering Dept. as they are the lead on the streetscape project.
If SeeClick Fix is successful with Neighborhood Services it may be used by other departments within the City of Mason City at a later date.

I just heard back from the City Engineer and he, too, has noticed lights out around Central Park. He will be having a staff person do a night tour in the near future to determine just which lights need to be replaced. Thanks for letting us know!
