J. Barbour, DPU Supervisor assess this service request on 4/12/2016 and made the location safe by installing a steel plate at this location. Request will be completed as soon as practical. Exact location is on the side of 4712 Hanover Ave according to DPW Supervisor, Roland Harris.

This ticket is closed in the City's Work Order system.

Putting steel plate over it doesn't fix. It just hides it. Fix it once and for all!

The ditch does not drain water properly, this is the obvious problem for this sinkhole, I put up another request for action but it was immediately closed.

What about the water drainage issue that is causing the road to wash away????? Why not fix the source of the problem instead of using a bandaid, there is another section beside this about to sink in because of the water eroding the ground under the road.
