I'm on the Hilltop and we are on a every two week recycling & ever week trash schedule. The trash truck came on Wednesday and they took my trash & cardboard. Another truck took my recycling. I thought cardboard was part of recycling? Just called Winter Brothers and they took my information and said I'll get a call back. They apologized and agreed the recycling guys should've taken the cardboard. We take care to separate/clean our recycling so it's very annoying that the company we are PAYING for doesn't know how to do their jobs!! Let's see what their response is IF I get a call back.
