Description
Trash cans are left on the sidewalk all week on 29th St. between Broad and Grace Streets. Odor comes from cans, especially in summer months. The sidewalks, which are adjacent to Chimborazo Playground and on the way to Libby Hill, see much foot traffic, and passersby sometimes discard food and pet waste into recycle cans and trash cans. This has been reported to Richmond DPW 5 times since August 2015 with no action taken.
