Flooding in Newpoint Estates-garage flooded today. It is getting worse. Ever since Creekmont built the all the drainage that use to cross where they are is now funneled into my property. Water up to a foot deep in certain spots. And I am concerned that future development that you are considering is going to only make it worse. I was hear first. Please make sure you don't flood me out with your new construction
