yes.... to needing paving on both sides of 12th st just one small block north of 9th ave

Actually, I checked again and the back alley in between 13th and 12th needs attention. In between 12th and 11th looks good.

I agree that now that the alley has been marked by street signs that say 10th Ave N it should be paved. Traffic has increased greatly between 12th St N and 13th St N on what is now apparently 10th Ave N!

Actually it it the unmarked alley behind the church that I was speaking of. Maybe the city can look at both alleys
