As we drove along Zebulon Road this week, we noticed a major clean up, mowing of the grass, etc,, Right of ways areas along Eisenhower are seldom detailed as the Zebulon area was. Intersections along Eisenhower Parkway as well as some of the streets that run parallel to it are not addressed. If it were not for the new car dealership along Eisenhower, the right of way would seldom get mowed. It can be done, but the question is why it is not.
