The right turn lane is now closed for southbound traffic on 377 approaching loop 820 causing a major back up of traffic
It seems if you would make the green light longer to the southbound traffic it would help the problem.

Most al the traffic comes from the north?? Its really hard to understand why an engineer can't figure this out!!
