Deskripsyon

Commercial property cut back all vegetation that provided a buffer/screen to the neighborhood. Now the neighborhood has no buffer from this commercial business and being October, it isn't likely the vegetation will grow back anytime soon.

Is it the medical center complex facing 49th Street (abutting 48th street in the rear)? By and large, a property owner has the right to be able to trim trees on his own property, but we can check to see if the foliage buffer was required as part of the company's site plan approval.

From Pinellas County BDRS: We will investigate and will cite the property owner if trees were removed without permit and/or in violation of original site plan agreement.
