We grumbled about 30 MPH speed limit from Mt. Hope for about 1/2 mile. In the winter, going 30 up rural roads is impossible. Mt. Hope coats with snow long before Rt. 46. Someone wants to extend that to Brewer Rd!!!! This is a RURAL road. The hills toward Brewer Rd. are even steeper!! I you want people to notice your businesses, move into the CITY!! PLEASE don't lower the 55mph area to 30!! It's ridiculous!! We have lived up here or 29 years and Mt. Hope was 55 then and most of the same houses are in this area.
