Description

Water ponds in gutter after very slight rainfall - started happening recently (last 2 weeks or so).
Temporary asphalt curb repair seems to have slipped over storm drain, blocking it almost completely. Located in front of Shopper's Drug Mart, water ponding more, around onto Walmer Road.
