Homeless people have to go somewhere after they get evicted, Andy. Let the city do it's job.

City does not appear to be taking care of things in a timely manner. There are many homeless camps built around the City, which are illegal, and should not be there in the first place. There was no legal contract signed allowing them to live there, no rent paid, no camping permits. Is there a solution in sight?
