I walked on south cape beach on 4/24/16 and saw a big swath of beach dune that used to be hedge was now clear cut and mowed to ground at the dunes. I am not sure if they a permit but if erosion in that area is such a huge problem the million dollar homes have to stop insisting on mowing the vegetation protecting the dunes. See photos attached. This was taken on beach facing the little vernal pond at New Seabury golf course where the beach enters the golf course at Lily Pond.
