I drive by this often and each time it looks worse than before. I drove by it today (7/5) and it looks much worse than the picture. It appears the concrete is sinking all around the cover.

You are correct. It has gotten worse since this was added 3 months ago.

Any updates on this issue DPW? It has been sitting with crushed concrete after the larger pieces were removed over a month ago.
