There is a garage on this property that is been used to repair special vehicles with a very loud muffle and once the vehicle is repaired they test it up and down on Carpenter st. at a high rate of speed, this street is one of a most travel street in town, this is a residential area, do they have a license, is it legal??? This is going on daily at the afternoon and on week ends.
