Agreed, either way city needs to take ownership of this intersection. I have complained before and they pass the buck to the state.

As you know, this is an ongoing issue that the city is in the process of dealing with through Mass DOT, Your suggestion has been passed on to them. Unfortunately, this is not going to be an easy fix and could go on for several years. The city is doing it's best to hold DOT accountable.

This already HAS been going on for several years. The increased enforcement is entirely up to the city and can happen NOW.

See, pass the buck to DOT. Put a cop there during peak times to deal with it now!

The DOT is looking at this area to make necessary changes. It is frustrating that it might not happen immediately so please be patient.
