They have four cars parked in the front yard. Two in the driveway. City code only allows two and only if it's not tearing up the yard. The yard looks like crap it's mostly dirt. I'm just tired of looking at it every time I leave and come home to my subdivision. Also fourth house on the right need to cut there grass.
